Victoria Jennings

OGDENSBURG – Victoria Jennings, born April 24, 1948, passed away on September 23, 2026. Arrangements are under the direction of Frary Funeral Home and Cremation Services Ogdensburg.

Victoria had a heart for servicing others, her career landed her aboard Coast Guard, and she did 20 of volunteer work.

She is predeceased by her parents Vernon and Margret Powell, husband Gerald Jennings, and sister Jacque Powell. She is survived by her sister-in-law Linda Whyte.
