Patricia G. Spicer

Patricia G. Spicer, 86, of Massena, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at North Country Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Massena. Per her request, there will be no services at this time.

Patricia leaves behind her son; Marcus (Sarah) Spicer of Malone, and her grandchildren, Kamden(Gillian) and Hannah(Dylan). She is now reunited with her husband Edward, daughters; Angela and Gail.
