Mary Cecile 'Dugas' Trombley

We mourn the passing of Mary Cecile Trombley 93 of Tupper Lake, N.Y. She passed away Thursday, February 19th after a long battle with Alzheimer's.

She was the daughter of Nelson & Louise Dugas of Gloversville, N.Y. Mary preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph Charles Trombley , her parents Nelson and Louise Dugas , 3 brothers, Leon, Lawrence, Ernest ,2 sisters Yvonne , Leona and her son Glenn. Mary worked as a waitress for many of the years the children were growing up. She also worked at Sunmount Developmental Center for years until she retired. Mary and her husband Charlie had the greatest pleasure selling their wares at the Tupper lake Flea market for over 30 years. We remember they often made trips to Gloversville and stopping at every garage sale they saw. Her passion was sitting in her rocking chair working the crossword puzzles. She was always available to volunteer for when organizations needed help.

She is survived by sister Theresa , 5 children Charles and wife Carmen, Guilderland N.Y, Catherine and her husband Robert Fox of Florida ,Nelson of Lady Lake, Florida , Bernard of Scottsville, N.Y. Michael and wife Melody of Tupper Lake. Mary is also survived by 11 grandchildren,9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
