Linda L. Mashaw

Linda Lou (Rheome) Mashaw, 82, of Ogdensburg, NY, passed away on May 21, 2025 in Burlington, VT.

Funeral services will be held at Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg, on Tuesday, May 27 at 11AM with Reverend Robert Schirmer officiating. Burial will follow at Black Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 10AM until the time of the service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.

Linda was born in Ogdensburg, NY, to Edgar and Venita Rheome on October 20, 1942. She received her diploma from Hammond Central school and went on to graduate from State University of Oswego. Linda first worked as an elementary school teacher at Lisbon Central School. She married Jacob Bartman in 1971 at St. Peters Church in Hammond with Rev. C. B. Menard officiating, the marriage resulted in their son Paul Bartman and later ended in divorce. She then married Terry "Mash" Mashaw who predeceased her on December 19, 2013.

Linda is survived by her beloved son, Paul Bartman; step children, Mark Mashaw and his wife Nancy, Lori Pearson and Tammy Bush.
