Joseph Waldron

Joseph “Bird” Waldron passed away in his home on September 7th 2026 with his beloved wife at his side. Joseph was born to Vincent and Rose Waldron on December 20th 1948 in Brooklyn New York. He later graduated from Arlington High School in Poughkeepsie, NY. Joeseph then went on to graduate State University of New York at New Paltz with his Bachelor’s degree in history.
Joseph spent 47 years in total with his wife Betty Waldron. Joseph married his beloved wife of 35 years Betty on October 10th 1990 in Wappingers Falls, NY. And shortly after retired from Friendly Pontiac in Poughkeepsie. After moving to Tupper Lake, NY Joeseph worked for Kinney Drugs as a delivery driver until his retirement in 2014. Joe loved to travel, and spend time outdoors hiking and fishing. He especially loved thunderstorms and his time vacationing in Florida. When he wasn’t outside, he loved to have a cold Stella and watch sports, his favorites being Yankee games and Nascar races.
Joseph is predeceased by; his nephew Kyle Waldron and his sister-in-law Bonnie Waldron
Joeseph is survived by; his wife Betty Waldron of Tupper Lake, NY; his brother Vincent Waldron; his nephews Corey Waldron, Shawn Waldron, and Christopher Waldron; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.
Joseph Waldron will be greatly missed for his kindness, sense of humor and the traditions he shared with his family.
Calling hours will be held on Friday September 18th from 3:00PM-5:00PM followed by a funeral service at 5:00PM at Frary Funeral Home 24 Cliff Ave, Tupper Lake NY, 12986.
