Earl Bouchard

Earl Bouchard died on October 18, 2026, at Bishop Rehabilitation and Nursing in Syracuse.

In keeping with his wishes, services will be private.

Arrangements are under the direction of Frary Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Earl was born on October 31, 1947, in Watertown, NY. He was the son of the late George and Nila (Blair) Bouchard. He was a graduate of Rome Free Academy. For the majority of his life, he worked as a farmhand, but also for the Veneer Plant and Cheese Plant in Heuvelton.

He is survived by a sister, Mary R. Cota, and her husband, Berton, of Canton, NY; his brothers, George W. Bouchard, Jr. of Plattsburgh, NY, Charles F. Bouchard of San Antonio, TX, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He is predeceased by three brothers, Ronald D. Maynard C. Bouchard and James D. Bouchard.
