Ms. Elliott is survived by her parents, Michael and Donna Elliott; one sister, Victoria of Putnam Valley, NY; one brother, Christopher, at home; her paternal grandparents, Lawrence & Shirley Elliott of Canton; six aunts and uncles, Kathy Baker of East Brunswick, NJ, Shari Baker of Putnam Valley, NY, Frank and Anna Baker of Oak Harbor, WA, Cheryl and Rodney Grant of Myrtle Beach, SC, Debbie and Mark Casey of Beverly, MA, Paula and Bob Jones of Liverpool, NY and several cousins. Ms. Elliott was born on April 9, 1987 in Ogdensburg, NY, the daughter of Michael and Donna (Baker) Elliott. She first attended OCCS and then graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 2005. She graduated from SUNY Canton of Technology in 2008 with a degree in Liberal Arts. She worked for both Carbino’s Jewelers and for the Frederick Remington Museum. Ms. Elliott was involved in the art program at Ogdensburg
Free Academy and was also on the OFA Swim Team. Ms. Elliott hobbies included crafts and designing. She enjoyed collecting Pandora Beads and loved watching movies. Her favorite time of the year was Halloween. Donations may be made in her memory
to the St. Lawrence Valley SPCA, James F. Montpelier Gallery for the
Visual and Performing Arts and the Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Comments

Funeral services for Rachel Marie Elliott,
age 23, of 900 Linden Street, will be held on Monday, September 20, 2010 at St.
Mary’s Cathedral at 10:00 with Rev. Joseph Morgan officiating. Calling
hours will be held on September 19, 2010 at Frary Funeral Home from 2:00 to
4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Ms. Elliott passed away on September 16, 2010 at her
home.
